On Saturday, 7th August, the doors will open on Apple's 300th retail store, based in Covent Garden, London. As well as being the 300th, it will also be the largest Apple store yet, with multiple levels, and rooms dedicated to specific Apple products.
Located at No. 1 The Piazza, Covent Garden, the store will be staffed by 300 employees, with 56 Macs, 30 iPads, 40 iPods, and 30 iPhones available to get some hands on usage with. A new start up room will be available to help customers get familiarised with the Apple product before making a purchase, whilst local businesses will be able to make appointments for free workshops and advice on finding the right Apple product for their business needs.
As well as the dedicated rooms to various Apple products, there will also be an Apple genius bar, which helps with every day technical support on all things Apple, and out in the courtyard there will be free workshops and presentations offered everyday.
The store is due to open on Saturday at 10am.
