Orange are looking to bring their tariffs up to date with the introduction of unlimited internet from the 1st April. From then, all new and existing customers will be able to take advantage of the new deal - good for them, bad for existing customers, who will have to wait until upgrade time to enjoy the benefits of this update. The unlimited data bundle will be available on Orange Panther and Dolphin tariffs.

The idea behind the update is to generate even more interest in the smartphone range, and encourage users to go for a higher specification device and get them downloading and installing apps, accessing email and the web on the move, and so on. To further encourage such usage, Orange will be offering free trials of various services, including the new Orange Game Zone, Orange SatNav, Sky News, Sky Sports and photo messaging. After the trial services can be kept for a monthly subscription of £5.

I used to be able to connect to the 'ORANGE 3G' network, but after doing a phone reset I've only been able to connect to the 2G network. I've tried dozens of times to manually connect to 3G, but keep getting "not registered". Anyone any ideas why? Also, I only get "low level access" when connecting to the web, again, anyone know why that might be and can I fix it? Thanks.

What device do you use? It's likely that something has changed in your network settings, removing connect via 3G and changing it to a 2G connection only.

Check through the network settings option on your device to see what it is set to.
