Orange to sell the iPhone

Orange have announced today an agreement with Apple to offer the iPhone 3G and 3GS to Orange UK customers later this year. Until now the iPhone has been exclusive in the UK to O2 customers only. Orange will sell the handset via all of their sales channels including the high street, online and partnered retailers. No information as yet on tariffs or pricing but we hear the plan is for the iPhone to be available from Orange before Christmas, so watch this space for pricing and tariffs coming soon.
