The worst of all. You cannot lock it in a proper way. Put it in your pocket and it will, sooner or later, be calling any contact in you directory. Although the screen is good, the software uses it awfully with big font types that you cannot change. One of the worsts phones I have ever had.

@GumGum 1. You can upload/download pictures from your computer to you're mobile with a cable, this cable was not included when I bought the phone but as far as i know its req. to connect to you're computer. 2. For the background picture i have no solution, i recently got this phone and i haven't ran into these problems yet so i really have no idea. Hope this helped, Bob

Please help me, I have had this phone for ages and i think its ok, but now when I ring people, even if i have full signal, the person on the other end can't hear me unless I shout! Any ideas?? x

I have this phone, and to be honest, I don't think it's any good. But I know you published that comment over a week ago but still. Personally I find the phone great for messaging and calling, but other than that the phone is actually quite dull. I still have to put up with it for a year and a bit and I really can't wait until my contract is over! Get a blackberry curve, if you find the right deal on contract, for instance, £15 a month, I guarentee you a phone that you will never be able to give up. My mum has one and I constantly on it. So a blackberry is a phone that i'd recommend.

I've had this phone for a year now, and the sliding screen has started to play up. When i slide up to text, it won't let me use the touch screen, so i have to slide it down and then press send which is highly inconvinient.
Another thing is the picture when sliding it up and down goes horribly pixelated and freezes, meaning i now have to turn it off after every text i send.
I could text using the touch screen but i keep sliding it open out of old habit, and tbh i'm getting really fed up of it now.
It's great for a while, but if you're looking for a long term phone, i would look elsewhere as after a lot of use it will start to literally breakdown.
