I got several Sony Ericsson mobile phones. I started being a Sony-Ericsson fanatic with T68, then W500, W800i, K800i and the magnificent X1.

I got several bad experiences with Sony Ericsson but I keep on getting one. I recently got Aspen since I like Ericsson and Windows Mobile. My first worst experience when after using my Sony Ericsson X1 for 15 months and it went to NO POWER. Sony Ericsson customer support could not resolve the problem and I end up making the unit a paper weight. Too expensive phone which only last for 15 months.

I thought I will have a great experience once again with Ericsson for getting an Aspen. Since my ideal phone should have a touch screen, trackpad, with stylus. Herewith are my bad experiences with Aspen:
> my initial synchronization with my Outlook (4,000+ contacts) took almost 12 hours
> it took several minutes before I can use my Aspen after a cold boot
> here's the worst story, recently, it took several hours before I could see Home screen and practically use the phone

I am planning to do a Master Reset and take the agony 12 hours synchronization again.

I hope somebody from Sony Ericsson will resolve my issues.

Thanks,
Nelzon
