Three has recently launched a campaign, aimed at helping Mums squeeze more time out of the day by making smarter use of their mobile device.
The campaign has the backing of celebrity Mums and working Mums, offering help and advice, designed to give over-worked Mums some time back for themselves, by making better use of their smartphone. The advice comes on the back of a survey recently carried out by Three which showed many Mums admitting to getting up in the middle of the night and logging online just to get things done.
The campaign is being run under the banner 'On the Go', and Three has produced a document which details the way smartphones and apps can be combined to make life just that little bit easier, and take the pace out of a hectic lifestyle.
By being more 'mobile internet savvy', Three has calculated that Mums could save up to 135 hours a year, and to help achieve this goal recommendations include things like utilising the Jamie's Recipes app for iPhone, which gives you quick and easy recipe ideas, or the BUPA fitness app which is on iPhone and coming soon to Android, which aims to help you keep an eye on any weight loss aims after giving birth. After entering details about general fitness, the app will calculate a personalised fitness plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Health isn't the only focus, with app suggestions aimed at helping the kids with their homework, voucher apps for discounts when shopping, as well as apps for shopping online via eBay or Amazon, and keeping in touch via Facebook.
Additionally, if you think you are Britain's busiest Mum, Three are running a competition via their Facebook page, offering weekly prizes of a BlackBerry Torch 9800, as well as a five star Caribbean holiday for one lucky winner and their family, which also includes a make-over and photoshoot supplied by OK! Magazine.
To enter the competition, head on over to the Three UK Facebook page and in less than 50 words, tell Three why you are Britain's busiest Mum. For every entry to the competition, Three will donate £1 to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
