The UK mobile networks have always strived to be more than just the supplier of your airtime service, looking to bring a whole range of services designed to tie the end user in through sense of loyalty, and the knowledge that certain services can only be had on certain networks. So T-Mobile have their Big Night In, Orange have the popular Orange Wednesdays, O2 have priority tickets to events at the O2 Arena, and so on.
In the same vein, Vodafone have recently brought their Vodafone VIP service to market. VIP allows Vodafone customers to get advanced tickets and enter competitions to win customer experience prizes in three area: Festivals, Fashion and Formula 1.
Festivals:

Vodafone VIP will give 48 hour advance access to tickets for a variety of festivals, plus the opportunity to win free tickets as well as win unique customer experience opportunities. There is also access to unique festival content, exclusive event access, and advantages such as reserved viewing platforms at events.
Fashion:

Again, Vodafone VIP delivers advanced access to Fashion show tickets, as well as offering free tickets by draw and in competitions. There will be experiential opportunities, access to exclusive event content, experiences with designers and discounts and promotions at participating outlets.
Formula 1:

Vodafone VIP customers have the possibility of free tickets to the British Grand Prix, access to the McLaren technology centre, exclusive event access and content, as well as the opportunity to get customer experiences with 'British Formula 1 World Champions'.
