Following in the footsteps of Orange, the first UK network to break O2's hold on the most desired phone of the moment, Vodafone have confirmed that the iPhone will be available to consumers from January 14th.
Pricing is not very different to tariffs on Orange and O2, the differentiator will be any network loyalty and coverage in your area. To get a 16GB 3GS handset for free, you will need to sign up to a £45 a month tariff, whilst the 32GB 3GS comes free on a £75 a month tariff. The 3G, meanwhile, can be had free from £35 a month, and looks set to be the most popular device. All tariffs will have a bespoke internet bundle of 1GB, opposed to normal traiffs where the internet bundle is just 500MB. Free WiFi is also included on all Vodafone iPhone price plans.
